How to use MyoMax Hardcore Scitec 3080g:
Dissolve one portion of the product (140g = 2 3/4 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Consume once a day, preferably immediately after a workout (or half before and half after a workout). Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance!
